ISOWOOL Blankets

Features ISOWOOL Blankets are made by layering, stacking and stitching of ISOWOOL fiber. They are lightweight and flexible for handling and installation. Without organic binder, the blankets cause no tearing off at high temperature, nor atmospheric contamination inside the furnaces. Superior refractoriness and insulation efficiency, high resistance against spalling, and high tensile strength for the lining of the hot surface of industrial furnaces. Also good as a sealer, a filter, and a packing in the applications at high temperatures. Special shapes, fabrication with other materials also available by order.

1400 Blanket, 1500 Ace Blanket, 1600 Blanket
Applications 1. Hot surfaces of industrial furnaces
2. Sealing of the roof of soaking furnaces
3. Insulation of the shell of precision casting
4. For the insulation of the roller of heating furnaces
5. Insulation of petrochemical heating furnaces, reformers, and pipes
